Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Equivalent practical experience (5+ years) will be considered in lieu of formal education
- 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong Python/Java skills
- Canadian PR/citizenship required
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading sprint planning
Familiarity with financial compliance technologies (transaction monitoring, fraud detection)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions under pressure
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Legal)
